Welcome to the OCB webpage

The Olney Concert Band is a non-profit, community-based concert band formed in 1985. The band rehearses on Wednesday nights in Silver Spring, Maryland and draws its membership from the greater Olney area as well as other parts of Montgomery County and Howard County. The group is supported by member dues, donations and grants. Ages of group members vary from high school age to long-retired adults, all of whom enjoy the thrill of making music together. Concerts are performed for the community throughout the year and include a variety of musical styles.
